Policy OverviewWe specialize in creating unique, custom-designed products inspired by the spirit of the game. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
Eligibility for Returns
Quality-Related Issues
We only accept returns for products with material defects, craftsmanship issues, or incorrect customization (e.g., wrong name/number, misprinted designs).
Damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection for non-custom items) are not eligible.
Non-Quality Issues
Customized/made-to-order products (including personalized designs, engraved items, or bespoke merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of preference, size, or change of mind.
Clearance/sale items and digital products (e.g., downloadable art) are also non-returnable.

Detailed description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping fees are covered by us for quality-related issues; for all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
